Life's a beach

Today is my packing day, but I still managed to steal a few hours with one of my best friends. I'm fortunate enough to live less than a kilometer away from a beachy-park-thing so I find myself chilling there once in a while. We had a lovely little beach picnic, we jumped from the tower thingy (6,5m) and I stepped on a bee (ouch!). All in all quite a lovely little excursion :)
I'm so excited for tomorrow: our flight for Istanbul leaves at half nine so I'm going to have to get up really early. I can't wait to see what the next week will bring!

I got a bit childish with the nailpolish...again. But hey, it's fun.

You can see the jumping tower thing (sort of looks like scaffolding) in the distance. I'm deathly afraid of heights, but my friend convinced me to jump with her. So cool! I also got the most intense wedgie of my life. haha.

My friend (fresh from london) is wearing a fringed waistcoat from primark and a hand-me down romper from a friend. How jealous am I? :)

My beach essentials include a cute summery bag, coconut oil (gives you a gorgeous shine and smells divine) and shoes. I should have remembered the last one before I stepped on a bee!

As I said before, we should have wireless connection at our hotel so I will hopefully be updating through this week.
