To celebrate our surprisingly good preliminary matriculation results in mother-tongue I decided to make H one of our favourite dinners: SUSHI. I went out and bought 150 grams of tuna and salmon and made maki, nigiri and sashimi complete with a side of ginger :) mmmmm!

Yumm, it looks so delicious. Can you believe I've never tried sushi? I know, I'm so ashamed to say so! I must be the only person in the world who has never tried it, but I'm afraid not to like it. What should I do?

YUM! Sushi is my absolute fav :) I made it with my sister for the first time this weekend...it was surprisingly not that hard...just time consuming but SUPER worth it!
