La vita è bella

I decided to post a quick outfit update before my friend arrives. I'm looking forward to a fun, relaxed day at home with lots of food and great company. It's finally warming up, I got to sleep in and I just had bacon and eggs for breakfast. Life is beautiful.

Today's shoes. I'm loving the vintage-feel in them. I thrifted them a while back so I know nothing about their history, who knows, they might actually be old...

ASOS sunnies, high-waisted pants (bought from Aurora of http://www.lily.fi/palsta/auroran-henkarit), stripy tank from H&M a knit from Lindex and a 2nd hand belt. (And because you're terribly interested, my hair is up with one of those ornamental comb-things)

Watch out, the world's behind you!

Vintage and thrift shopping early on a Sunday morning, is my idea of heaven. I found some real treasures today including a pair of shorts that are to die for, a wicked printed dress, a breezy blouse a pair of men's dress-shoes in my size, A BLUE TURBAN and a ton of quirky jewellery. All for under 20 euros! Mission accomplished to the max.

....or this watch. I was originally looking for a wristwatch but when this came along I couldn't resist!

The gorgeously, amazingly delish pair of bright orange vintage shorts. My heart almost leaped out of my chest once I noticed those babies were my size!
